The Disruptive Report to Reform the European Union

EDITION II – July 2025: This edition features the Center for European Studies' comprehesnsive publication, The Great Reset, co-authored with the Polish think tank Ordo Iuris Institute. Released at a time when EU institutions increasingly operate beyond their original mandates—at the expense of Member State sovereignty—the report offers a critical analysis of the European Union's current trajectory.
